PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our physical products are non-returnable. We do cover any misprinted/damaged/defective Items. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us at hello@cheerbird.com to request a return before returning items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We generally do not take exchanges, unless the item was misprinted/damaged/defective. Please contact us for additional questions at hello@cheerbird.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@cheerbird.com.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital Downloads
All digital download products are non-refundable. If there is a technical problem with your download please contact us at hello@cheerbird.com and we will ensure you get the correct file(s).
Courses
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with one of our courses please contact us at hello@cheerbird.com to request a refund. Refund requests after 48 hours will not be refunded.
BOOKCLUBS
We offer a FREE 7-day trial on our book clubs. After this period you will be charged the recurring monthly fee. If you do not want to continue the book club and would like a refund please contact us within 48 hours of your monthly charge and we will issue a refund. After 48 hours the monthly fee is non-refundable. We can however cancel the monthly subscription and the next month will not be charged.
SERVICES
All of our services are non-refundable. Our coaching, tutoring, and Dyslexia Therapy services are paid upfront before the services are rendered. If you change your mind before the service has occurred you can request a refund. After the service has been rendered, the fee is non-refundable.
